About NACHA
The NACHA Operating Rules provide the legal foundation for the exchange of ACH payments and ensure that the ACH Network remains efficient, reliable, and secure for the benefit of all participants. The 2007 Federal Reserve Payments Study revealed ACH payments had the largest compound annual growth rate, 18.6 percent, of all U.S. non-cash payments.
